Memo from the Man

February 2, 2010 at 8:41 am by: John Phillips

To All Employees:

After noodling on the past year’s sea-change for our organization, I’ve taken the time to calibrate top line, fully-baked best practices for our future state. These practices should be embedded in all workstreams that populate the optics and thought leadership of our organization.

They result from a deep dive into the functional synergy that provides a lens into the puts and takes of the iterative process containing the wishes and watchouts needed to solve for robust headwinds and big rocks that push back on deliverables designed by using our tool box (not to be confused with our tool kit) to bring to the table buy-in from all stakeholders and through-put from all core competencies.

At the risk of redundancy, it’s necessary to cascade this baseline template throughout the matrix of integrated, granular, and socialized benchmarking caused by the drill down into the metrics of next steps toward a transparent clarity sourced to call out the passion of a lock and load, value-added global marketplace now in our line of sight.

Without putting too fine a point on it, leveraging disintermediation paradigms from a burning platform brings criticality to the buckets of get arounds populating the path forward. Come out of your silo and into the mission-critical huddle of business partners who will become solution providers by means of offboarding, onboarding, overboarding, sequencing, and win-winning.

Get your heads around the paradigm shift — the business-important mapping. Take the low hanging fruit, perform a scaled-up lift and shift, rip out potentials, and blanket our organization with spot on thoughtware that pushes the envelope to a hard stop realignment of inclusiveness and a sensitized call to action.

Sincerely,

The Man

    Excellent thought, Mr. Man.

Rather than back-burnering, let me petri-dish this and we’ll incubate the corollary through the dynamic reciprocity of social networks.

    Best wishes,

    Brilliant John.

I’ll drill down on the nuts and bolts and see if we can’t find some ways to cross-pollinate between our silos. Then we can do lunch. E.
