Uno, Westminster Kennel Club, and Animal Employment Protection Act

Uno, the beagle who won the Westminster Kennel Club Show, is into the ninth month of his reign. According to the New York Times, there have been few champions with a better reign.
Uno was the first beagle to win the show in its more than century-long history. Each time I see a story on Uno, I’m reminded that someone reminded me shortly after Uno’s victory of the unfairness of the Animal Employment Protection Act as described by me in the following YouTube clip.
