You will notice a few changes now and other changes as time goes on. For the most part, however, it will continue to provide substantive employment law and human resources content, as well as the attempt to draw employment lessons from current events and popular culture.

For more than two years, I’ve had the privilege and pleasure of having a blog that’s been hosted by M. Lee Smith Publishers (MLSP) at www.employmentlawpost.com/theword. For all the help MLSP has given me, I’m deeply grateful. There is no site anywhere that contains the quality of materials and information which benefit HR professionals and employment lawyers like www.HRhero.com, MLSP’s home base.

I will continue to use it as one of my primary resources for the latest on the practical and legal employment issues and problems we all face. If you have not mined all MLSP has to offer, you should. You will find rich and unending assistance in a variety of formats.

I’ve worked with MLSP for a long time, and I look forward to our continuing relationship. Whether it’s writing, training, speaking at conferences or just brainstorming, I’ll do my best to  uphold the high standards of MLSP.

As for my new blog, I just decided that I wanted to give my own, free-standing blog site a go. I’ll continue to link to HRHero and the other blogs I’ve linked to in the past, as well as exploring some new sites. I will continue to appreciate your comments, disagreements, and any suggestions you may have for improving the blog.
