3. Five Minutes on Mondays: Finding Unexpected Purpose, Peace, and Fulfillment at Work by Alan Lurie. The author traces how he helped the leaders of one of New York City’s top real-estate firms bring together their spiritual and business lives, the sacred, and the profane during brief Monday morning meetings.

4. So What?: How to Communicate What Really Matters to Your Audience by Mark Magnacca. Answer the “So What?” question quickly, succinctly, convincingly. Practical techniques, examples, and exercises proven with thousands of winning salespeople.

5. Touchdown!: Achieving Your Greatness on the Playing Field of Business (and Life) by Kevin Elko. 6. The Personal Credibility Factor: How to Get It, Keep It, and Get It Back (If You’ve Lost It) by Sandy Allgeier. This book is a needed reminder that no matter how old you are or what you’ve accomplished in life, you are never, ever done learning about yourself or those around you.
